In my acrylic paintings, I employ layered techniques: engraving, wiping, and sanding, different methods of paint applications using various brushes and tool. Following this, I experiment by merging painting, drawing, collaging, and sculpting, working with both associated and non-associated materials. This blurs the lines between practices, allowing new compositions and forms to emerge while each element holds its own significance. These works play with abstracting and fusing the Persian and Coastal Western elements of urban architecture and landscape at their primary and fundamental level.
